If you wish to appear any of the above civil services, you can’t miss the UPSC online registration process starting from 19 Feb 2019 which will run upto 18 March 2019.

Application Form For IAS and Indian Forest Service 2019.

The candidates who wish to appear in Indian Forest Service Exam 2019 need to appear and qualify for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam.

So, they need to apply for the same online registration process. Once they get success in qualifying preliminary examination of 2019, they will be eligible for the second stage of Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination (Written and Interview).

After clearing prelims, further stages of UPSC will not be same for both the categories. After the declaration of Prelims Result, forms will be filled for the Mains.

UPSC opens its IAS registration link after the declaration of recruitment or exam notification. If notice is out, you can proceed further and will not face any problem. You just need to read carefully everything written on the screen, you would understand the next step to be taken.

On the ‘Examination’ menu. You will find one link which will display a set of two options namely

“PART-I Registration” and “PART-II Registration”.

This option will come in front of you as soon as UPSC opens its Online Application Process.

It will take you to the list of all the active upsc online application for different examinations, now select to apply for the examination you wish to apply for.

·         Try to avoid multiple submissions of applications.

·         If you wish to resubmit RID; application fee will be paid again. Fee submitted against one form will not be adjusted against any other RID.

Before moving to UPSC registration process, know about followings.

  1. Check your UPSC eligibility for 2019

You should ensure that you are fulfilling all eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Your admission at all the stages of the UPSC exam will be provision till you satisfy the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Remember, mere issue of Admit Card to you will not imply that your candidature has been finally cleared by the UPSC.

Commission verifies of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents only after the candidate has qualified for Interview/Personality Test. Civil Services online application procedure will waste your money if you don’t fulfill eligibility criteria.

Don’t waste your attempt, check your eligibility first.

  1. Only Online Application for UPSC Exam 2019:

You are required to apply for UPSC exams 2019 through online only, for the purpose you should visit the website www.upsconline.nic.in . 

If you are looking for the offline application, it is not available. Your application will not be accepted by any other mode. You don’t need to take UPSC registration process as a tough task. We will explain you in detail complete process of applying through online for UPSC.

  1. Last Date for UPSC Application 2019:

UPSC Registration for the above said examination can be filled up to given date i.e. 18 March 2019 only. To check last date check UPSC Calendar or UPSConline.nic

  1. e-Admit Card For UPSC Exam:

e-Admit Card for UPSC exam shall be issued three weeks before the commencement of the examination to the eligible candidates. You can download your e-Admit Card from UPSC website [www.upsc.gov.in]. The UPSC will not post Admission Certificate. You should take all cautious while giving valid active E-Mail I.D. at the time of filling up IAS Online Application.

 Your Email-ID is Your Locker for UPSC Exam.

  1. Facilitation Counter Of UPSC :

UPSC makes arrangement for giving a solution to all your queries. The online application process has been made to make the process faster but UPSC also extends its supportive hands through its facilitation counters. You can contact UPSC’s Facilitation Counter near ‘C’ Gate of its campus personally or through  Telephone No. 011-23385271/011-23381125/011-23098543 on working days between 10.00 hrs and 17.00 hrs. for any guidance/information/clarification regarding your online application forms, candidature etc.

  1. Moblie Phones are strictly BANNED in UPSC Exams :

Use of technology is allowed till the online application process. Yes, of course, can do IAS preparation via internet but Mobile phones, Bluetooth or any other communication devices are not allowed inside UPSC examination premises.

It would be better to not carry any of the banned items including mobile phones/Bluetooth or any valuable/costly items to the venue of the examination. The Commission will not be responsible either for an arrangement for safe-keeping or for any loss.

  1. Check for UPSC Exam pattern 2019

You cannot fill Application just to appear in Civil Services Exam. Check previous years papers and understand exam pattern, if you feel that you are comfortable this year then only fill the form.

  1. Check for UPSC exam center.

Before starting your online registration process, decide your exam center. Take care of distance from your native place, availability of transportation and lodging facility etc.
