Believe me whatever you will think daily, you will get in revert. So, think specific.

Start Showing ‘gratitude’:
Make a change in your attitude. Smile more. Throw away all negative feedback what you have been cluttering till now. Unfollow negative people on social media. Make a list of all small things which make you happy such as funny things your siblings say, hot stuffed Parathas your mum serves, chirping of birds in your balcony. Read this list of small but positive things of your life on the daily basis and be grateful to God for giving these moments. This will serve as a filter and will help you to unlock your positive vibes. This filter allows us to see how good things are and opens up our minds to possibility. Stop wasting your time on people who don’t deserve your precious energy.Because you have to develop positive thoughts.

The mistake a lot of us make is that we focus on what we don’t want. It is natural that by knowing what we do not want, we are able to clarify what we do want; and is nothing wrong with identifying a problem before beginning to look for a solution. But many people, over time, become problem oriented rather than solution oriented. So tell the story you want to live and you will eventually live it. For ex.
