Two Regional Director (Department of Agriculture & Cooperation /National Centre of Organic Farming, Ghaziabad/ Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer Welfare (OBC-01, UR-01))

One Post Reserved for Physically Handicapped:

In the above-given vacancy, one post is reserved (out of two ) and suitable for Physically Challenged Persons with disability.

Who are considered as Physically Handicapped?
Person could be
Orthopedically Handicapped,
With Locomotor Disability,
Cerebral Palsy with One arm affected i.e.(Right or Left)(OA),
One Leg Affected i.e.(Right or Left) (OL),
One Leg and One Arm Affected i.e.(OLA).
Candidates who are Physically Challenged with disability viz. Hearing Impairment with Partially Deaf (PD) can also apply.

These posts are temporary but may continue indefinitely.

PAY SCALE: Rs. 15,60039,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 7,600 (Grade Pay) plus TA plus HRA as admissible.

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL A person needs to check both criteria before applying.

EDUCATIONAL

M.Sc. in Microbiology from a recognised university / Institute;
or M.Sc. in Botany with specialisation in Plant Pathology / Microbiology / Mycology from a recognised University or Institute;

OR

M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Soil Science / Agricultural Chemistry /Agronomy / Microbiology / Plant Pathology / Horticulture / Agricultural Extension from a recognized University or Institute.

EXPERIENCE:

Applicant should Possess ten years of experience in the field of R & D of bio-fertilizer and other aspects of organic farming with experience in quality control of biofertilizers and organic fertilisers.

This experience should include two years administrative experience.

DESIRABLE:
PhD in any of the subject specified in the essential qualifications above from a university /institute which is recognised.

DUTIES:

Promotion and development of organic agriculture,
to motivate for production and use of Organic and biological sources of nutrients,
to check quality control of biofertilizers and organic fertilisers,
to arrange training programs/seminars/conferences etc.,
to keep track & monitor data collecting work on all aspects of organic farming, manures/biofertilizers,
to act as Head of Office at respect Centre.

Twenty Skipper, Directorate of Logistics, Department of Revenue, Customs & Central Excise, Ministry of Finance (SC03, ST-01, OBC-06, UR-10).

Pay Scale: Rs. 930034800 plus G.P. 4600/-(Pre-revised).

Age:30 yrs.

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL:
Certificate issued by the Mercantile Marine Department of Government of India for the competency as the second hand of a fishing vessel.

(B) EXPERIENCE:
Candidate should have three years sea experience on board the mechanised vessel.

DESIRABLE:
(i) Certificate of Skipper of a fishing vessel which has been issued by Mercantile Marine Department.

DUTIES:

(i) The Skipper on taking charge of the boat is responsible for the welfare, safety, discipline of the crew of the boat.

(ii) The Skipper will be responsible all times for the s

(iii) Passed certificate examination conducted by Director General Shipping approved institutes in safety & survival or fire fighting or First Aid.

(ii) safety and security of the boat and its equipment in harbour & sea.

Eleven posts of Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Clinical Haematology),
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (ST-01, OBC-02, UR08).

Suitable for Physically Challenged Persons:

Who are considered as Physically Challenged?

Person who is Orthopaedically Handicapped or
Locomotor Disability or
Cerebral Palsy with Both Legs Affected but not Arms (BL) or
One Leg Affected (Right or Left) (OL) or
Muscular Weakness and Limited Physical Endurance (MW).

The posts are permanent.

Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/-(Pre-Revised) + NPA plus TA and HRA as admissible.

Age: 40 yrs.

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL:
(i) A recognised MBBS degree

(ii) PG degree in the concerned speciality or Superspeciality as mentioned in Schedule VI and Section A with two years special training in Clinical Haematology.

NOTE: -I: The candidates holding DNB qualifications should get verification from NBE and their DNB qualification should be equivalent with MD/MS or DM/M.Ch as per the requirement of the Gazette of which notification No.MCI12(2)/2010-Med. Misc. dated 11.6.2012 and submit a certificate in this regard from NBE.

NOTE: -II: Any Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of any of Indian Universities, included in/ excluded from, the Schedules of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

NOTE: -III: The Post Graduate Medical Qualifications from Indian Universities, must have been included in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956) for the purpose of Schedule VI.

NOTE: -IV In the case of holders of Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or (M. Ch.) Magister Chirurgiae qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post Graduate residency done in the last part of the said of Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or Magister Chirurgiae (M. Ch.) will be counted towards the requirement of teaching experience.

NOTE: -V Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer or Medical Officer will not be considered.

(B)EXPERIENCE:

After obtaining the first post graduate degree candidate should have min. three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident /Tutor / Demonstrator/ Registrar in the concerned Speciality / Super-specialty in a recognised teaching institution

DUTIES:
(i) To impart practical and theoretical instructions to undergraduate/post-graduate medical students;

(ii) To do and guide research work in the speciality;

(iii) To perform patient care in the speciality;

(iv) Any other duties that assigned by the authorities from time to time.

ANY OTHER CONDITIONS:

The other conditions of service as laid down in the CHS Rules, 2014 time by time;

(i) Private practice including any consultation and laboratory practice shall not be allowed.

(ii) The candidate selected shall be liable to serve in any Defence service or post connected with the Defence of India, for a period not less than four years which also includes the period spent in training, if any : Provided that such officer shall not

If a candidate Holds educational qualifications as per Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956).

ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned speciality / Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Pathology); or Doctor of Philosophy (Pathology); or Doctor of Science (Pathology).

NOTE: -I: The candidates holding DNB qualifications should get verification from NBE and their DNB qualification should be equivalent with MD/MS or DM/M.Ch as per the requirement of the Gazette of which notification No.MCI12(2)/2010-Med. Who are considered as Physically Challenged?

One arm affected (Right or Left)(OA).

PAY SCALE: Level-9, Rs 56,100-1,67800/- (Revised) (Pay Band-2) Rs 15,60039,100/- + GP -5400/- + NPA (Pre revised) + TA plus HRA as admissible.

AGE : 30 Years.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATIONAL: ESSENTIAL :

(i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule /Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

NOTE: Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

(ii) and must have Completed Compulsory rotating internship.

NOTE-1: Candidates who may not have completed rotating internship may also apply for the post, provided that, if selected, they will have to satisfactorily complete the compulsory internship before the appointment.

DUTIES:

The Medical Officer will be liable to provide outpatient and inpatient care in the PHCs and Health Care Institutions of A&N Administration.

They will be responsible for implementation of all National Health Programmes and normal administrative and supervising function.

HQ: Andaman & Nicobar Administration. However, they will be liable to serve anywhere in India.

Any Other Conditions:
